About Chef Ray

Providing high-quality catering services.

Chef Ray’s journey into cooking started with him manipulating flavors and assisting his parents preparing family meals as a young man.

As his love for cooking continued to grow so did his appetite for knowledge. Chef Ray decided to take his natural ability of cooking to the next level by attending the Chattahoochee Technical College for Culinary Arts in the Atlanta area, where his talents were sharpened by expert culinary arts professionals.

Ray has been infusing mouthwatering flavors and smoke into his pork shoulders, beef briskets, beef and pork ribs, turkey, and chickens for over 20 years.

Chef Ray artistry excels in the kitchen, putting his spin on traditional entrees as Shrimp Étouffée, Seafood Gumbo, Red beans n Andouille sausage and an array of Vegetable dishes.
